Symptoms
When you create a new user account using the Content Studio ADSI interface you can set some of the properties including password properties for the new account. However these properties is not saved with the new account.
Cause
This is a known problem with the user management interface in Content Studio.
Resolution
To fix this problem open up the newly created account and set the flags in question and re-save the account.
Status
This problem has been fixed in Content Studio ver. 4.5 build 1012.
More information
Content Studio has a built in interface that enables you to manage local users and groups on the web server. However this interface is not visible by default but can be enabled by editing the site setting "system.EnableADSIAdmin".
